MengDu on discord made a good point that made me think, revise the board layout that the board is centered on the base XIAO and bring the pins out on header exactly parallel and offset of XIAO pins, so it would be two parallel rows, the base Xiao pins inside and expansion pins in the outside row… you follow?

I’m Glad they are looking at the whole expansion IO capability, For me as long as they don’t engineer it closed then I think it will be great!
They should always error on the side of MORE not LESS. IMO.
The B2B connector on the XIAO was a Happy day for me to see the possibilities it can lead to and make using Xiao really flexible.
I would be ok with a slight increase ,($1) IF so on the price even though the connector is less than that.
I need 4 or five for a project, but I am NOT buying cameras with them to just chuck in a drawer and never use. They need to either make them with it as is or add a new SKU#

that device was experimental… something must have happened with the owner of the design or something because it never went into production… usually seeed does not remove wiki information for archival reasons… which is great so i think something happened on this thing… but anyway… its good to get the feedback, it may be reincarnated.
