S2100 failed to join lora network

I have another issue appeared. Just as now I notice one of my s2100 data logger which has attached ph sensor on it went offline. When I try to press the button to re connect to lora network. It failed i try to turn it off and re configure via sensecap app but still not working. It only blinks red somehow then stop.

My lora gateway is online. And some other sensor is also online.
They were deployed on same site.

maybe battery power is low?

When I open the lorawan eu868 gateway I noticed 1 electronic part is broken I think its an inductor if I’m not mistaken. If you look at the picture beside the lorawan module which is

below the lora text. If it is the case can this affect the transmission of s2100 to the lora network?

yes i agree that it appears to be a broken inductor… but how in a protective case

Can this affect the transmission of lorawan network?
But why is it that my s2107 sensor can still join the lora network. But all of my 3 s2100 can’t join the network?

i am thinking it must be something else… have you tried reinstalling?

What do you mean reinstalling? Restart the gateway?

Can I return the version for my data logger and back to default?

yes i mean reset the whole system

I’ve already reset the devices and still didn’t work.
Hera are my devices info. For my lorawan eu868 gateway and s2100 logger.

Can I hard reset the lorawan gateway?

do you have any other lora sensors?

can you delete everything and try to rejoin the network

also are you using senseCAP dashboard… do you need to insert more credits?

is your gateway connecting to a wireless network? can you check your wifi router to make sure it is connected… via Mac address and IP

This is the gateway I’m using and it is connected via Ethernet. And it appeared online on the sensecap dashboard.

What’s the use of these buttons on the lorawan gateway. “BOOT” & “SET”
