S2100 failed to join lora network

I think the lorawan gateway is the main problem. None of my sensors are connected to the network. All of them went offline

did you http into the gateway and check the setup… the LoRa Frequency region?

My lorawan is not an M2 gateway.

I use lorawan gateway with model -
LoRa-G-868-E/4G

SenseCAP Gateway - LoRaWAN EU868, US915, AU915, AS923 - Seeed Studio IIoT...

i have heard factory reset makes it worse so dont try that yet

What to do then? Please i need help on this. My project won’t work unless this problem is solve.

to get support you have to email them… this is more or less peer to peer help…
