reComputer J401 - support for Super Mode

Hello,

Thank you very much for taking the time to provide detailed feedback on your questions and dissatisfaction regarding the reComputer J401 and its related support. We attach great importance to every issue you have raised, and we are fully aware that this experience has not met your expectations—we sincerely apologize for this.

Regarding your concern about the reComputer J401’s support for the 40W Super mode, we first need to clarify the core situation: This reComputer J401 motherboard cannot support the 40W Super mode due to hardware design specification limitations. The root cause of this limitation is that when this motherboard was developed and produced, JetPack 6.2 and the corresponding software specifications for the 40W mode had not yet been released, so the hardware design did not incorporate adaptation requirements for this power mode. After JetPack 6.2 was launched later, we found that the existing hardware could not achieve 40W mode compatibility through software updates; therefore, we cannot provide support for this mode for this motherboard.

If you need to update to JetPack 6.2 to use the Super mode, you may refer to our wiki. However, please note that you will bear full responsibility for any damage or risks that may occur during this process.
