Check if the installed NVIDIA drivers:
nvidia-smi
Also check the currently installed NVIDIA driver version:
dpkg -l | grep nvidia
thanks - did a full reflash - now its running
Hi, I’m new to this forum and to these devices. I recently got a Jetson J40 and performed an update. However, after the update and restarting, Ubuntu no longer boots.
What I’ve noticed is that during the initial boot process, I can see the cursor, but when it’s supposed to fully start, there’s no video output.
Could you help by sharing links or guidance on how to perform a reflash or a factory reset configuration?
Please follow this guide to reflash the os. Please do not update the NVIDIA L4T version easily, it may cause the driver to be overwritten
