Both nRF52840 and MG24 allow you to turn the IMU on and off, and the flash has power-down and wake-up commands.
Turning off the IMU, powering down the flash, and then putting XIAO into sleep mode will give you the best sleep current. Wake up XIAO, turn on the IMU, and wake up the flash, and you can use it however you like.
