I have a question with input voltages of this converter, which means input voltage: DC12/24V (8-35V). I am interested in entering with a voltage between 8 and 15V and go with 5 volt

I use this?

DC 12/24V(8-35V) mean that it have better input 12V/24V voltage , and the input voltage range is 8V to 35V. So you can used it with a voltage between 8 and 15V and go with 5 volt .
