XIAO ESP32C6- COM port not recognized by Windows

I recorded the .bin file for ESP32C6 on the XIAO ESP32C6 using the EspRFTestTool_v3.6_Manual for RF test purposes. It recorded successfully the first time, but when I attempted to send to Tx, Windows stopped recognizing the device, and therefore, it no longer recognizes the COM port.

you probably should not have done that… what possesed you to do this?

Thanks @msfujino, I managed to recover the COM port through BootLoader Mode.
