XIAO ESP32 S3 Overheating

Anyone have any ideas on how to combat XIAO ESP32 S3 overheating issues? I want to attach a LiPO battery to it and create an enclosure but will most definitely explode. Also need a solution which will keep the whole enclosure as small as possible.

Already purchased a 25mm cooling fan but need another alternative that will keep the enclosure small but cool.
