XIAO ESP32-C3 Unable to burn program

My XIAO has been unused for a while and I’ve forgotten what programs were in it before. Now I can’t burn the new program. arduino can recognize the chip but it can’t burn it either. The picture shows the serial port information of xiao when it restarts

I hope some powerful experts can help me. I’m still at the beginner stage and don’t know much about it

When reading other people’s posts online, they said they asked XIAO to check if the startup mode configuration was incorrect. However, there was no follow-up to that post. The following are the pins and voltages I measured. I don’t know if they will be helpful for my situation. GPIO_2:1.8 V, GPIO_8:1.8 V, GPIO_9:3.27 V.C HIP_EN: 3.27 V

Hi there,

and Welcome here…

So it appears to be in a boot loop from a bad OTA slot or flash attempt, Use the Bootloader mode NOW.
(hold BOOT button and press and release the RESET button) check again for the correct com port and try to upload the Blink sketch or a known good demo to put things back.

You can look at the C3 WiKi to get more info also.
