I have heard that some of the Cellular Operator’s block some of their SIM PORTS so it makes problem with the connectivity and usage for my implication basically i need to use GSM/GPRS shield for GPRS purpose and want to make sure that whether your Shield will have this problem of blockage if yes can you provide me the Cellular operater’s in USA and UK and India who do not block their SIM ports so that i can use those SIM’s with your GSM/GPRS shield.

The SIM card blockage is not only cause GPRS. Could be IMSI, MCC PIN or MNC.
Suggest you go to talk with Cellular Operator and free for your SIM card.
That could be more simple.

SO you mean IMSI, MCC PIN or MNC pin blockage is the main concern here? and checking and freeing all these will definitely make the SIM card able to work with our Seeed GPRS Shield?
Am i Right? or any other considerations?

I can’t promise the SIM card can work in module 100%, because SIM card service you should confirmed with the Cellular Operator. Might be run out of money, enter the wrong password or contract only for designated mobile phone.
I can tell you the module can work if your SIM card is no problem.
