yeah he accused me of trying to watch him thru his bathroom skylight… I said i can see better stuff on the internet… mYn only has a ground sensor… I wish i had a video because it was impressive… I was inspecting my gutters and backed into a tree limb… it stalled the rear props and it backflipped into the vines. those things that look like eyeballs are just vents… for the circuitboard that gets hot as hell with all those micro-mosFETs on it… but he is a cool guy… just had to listen to his political BS for about 15mns the more expensive one has avoidance eyes on the back of its head… funny how they all look like praying mantus… what da?

First, I am not seeing a Remote Pilot Certificate with a Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems Rating issued under your name, only the creation of an IACRA account. You must hold a current Remote Pilot Certificate to conduct Part 107 operations.
There seems to be a fundamental misunderstanding of the Waiver process. A waiver is an approval to operate at variance with one of twelve regulations listed in §107.205. You are asking for relief of regulations that took years to develop. The burden is on the Applicant to demonstrate their operation can be conducted at an equal measure of safety by providing extensive hazard identifications and risk mitigations. You wrote a couple of sentences for three different regulations, none of which addressed the Waiver Safety Explanation Guideline Guiding Questions. Your request essentially reads as "give me these three waivers and I will try and follow the rules" which negates the purpose of submitting a waiver request.
Below, you wrote you did not believe a human person evaluated the request, and that you felt offended that it did not receive the required attention. In fact, an actual person did indeed review your request and uploaded a routine denial letter, and then a Waiver Team Manager reviewed and digitally signed it. I will contend your request received more attention than required. The request, as written, should not have been submitted. A generic routine denial letter was appropriate. There is truly nothing there left to further evaluate. As the denial letter described, you need to carefully review the operational waiver process guidance, particularly the Waiver Safety Explanation Guidelines and Guiding Questions prior to re-submission.
After you review the reference material, if you have any specific questions, just let us know. That is why we are here.

If it is burdensome for you to accept criticism, I would suggest the system forward elseware
Considering I received no feedback and a generic denial letter I would say the program is demonstrably ineffective, and attitude for being too stupid to fill out a form, interesting customer service
I see no effort to help an admitted new requestee to comply.
Please be advised your website asked if I would like to be contacted by phone… which I selected… but like everything else, you do not respond accordingly… further indicating that no human intelligence graced the submittal.
Further indicating that it is not immediately obvious if a human is interacting and that if any level of information including a 1,000 page binder would suffice your desire for paperwork. I believe the generic denial letter is all you are capable of producing
Are you truly telling me it took you 60 days to review this application? Give me a break, you sat on it for 60 days
Do you truly think an applicant is supposed to cut and paste some words from a word processor into your web form and click submit? I wrote 3 pages of information, only to be booted from your website for taking too much time, so obviously this process is not intended to take too much time
According to the “regulations” paper copies are not accepted, so I guess no 1,000 page manual for you

I guess your database is a day late and a dollar short, as always
As a professional it is always my intent to comply with any and all regulations
Please be advised I am a Licensed Professional Engineer and a Business Owner, I am no dummy and passed the exam with 92% So I expect to be treated as a person of above average intelligence.
The only questions I missed were the obligatory trick questions, like for example, waiver request
The Director MAY waive a requirement, but he is NOT GOING TO
Please be advised your formal communication did not note “lack of a license” as a basis of denial
Please be advised that I did submit the request, 90 days ahead as required, and at that time I did not have a license, but that deficiency was corrected within 7 calendar days
Please be advised your web form provides very little in the form of guidance or detail
It looks like a child developed it as a homework project
Please be advised I requested 3 waiver elements, your canned response did not indicate any review of the individual elements
At least one of the three items should have been sufficient for a waiver
Please advise what you found unacceptable about each of the 3 requests
I believe… in no particular order 3 items were requested.
1-Partial flight beyond line of site
2-partial flight over moving vehicles
3-partial flight over 400 up to 500 feet AGL
No need for me to regurgitate what was already submitted
Considering I gave 3 bullet points on each item, and the 9 bullet points seemed to address your concerns I can only assume no one read the request
Please be advised in non-governmental professional work, the reviewer provides their name and contact information… Professionals sign their work, yet another sign that AI is involved
Please be advised your regulations are onerous and a joke in the sincerest analysis, nothing at all to be proud of
I believe it would be helpful if you were to try and interact with your system from the front end… you would quickly learn… maybe you should have a meeting with a group of high school students and see if they can navigate your portal

You can’t get a straight, clear or concise answer from practically any government agency today. other than “you’re under ARREST!”
With all the Auditor video’s on youtube , folks are getting pretty sick of it. the Police do NOT enforce their constitutionally obligated laws, each state, county and local municipalities all make up there own rules , supposedly based on acceptable norms for their Location and region by a local board (with some citizens). there should be a NATIONAL standard in LAW enforcement and qualified immunity should be case based. That’s just one branch of government …
