Where is VCC connected

Does anyone know where VCC is connected? There is no reference to VCC in the schematic.
It could be VIN or/and 5V?

Is it ok to power the unit with 3.3V on the pin marked 3.3V or does it have to be powered trough VIN?

Answer the questions you raised as follows:
1.The VCC is VIN, the maximum supply voltage is 5.5V, so you can connect 5V to VIN or VCC；
2.The device can be powered by 3.3V on the pin labeled 3.3V；
