Warranty for DOA X86J4125

Can someone help me. Received my Odyssey X86J4125 yesterday and straight out of the box it Blue Screened and will not boot past the Login screen. Ran MemTest86 and it showed thousands of errors and Failed completely. Is there someone in the company how can provide me with the warranty process. Attached is the memtest results for validation of warranty.
