Hello,
I’ve connected my Stalker v328 to a Sparkfun FTDI basic, and I finally am able to upload sketches after many hours of troubleshooting, because it turns out the GPS Bee must not be seated in the XBee socket if I’m trying to upload??? 
Can anyone confirm this? I’m not sure how I’m going to be able to program and debug the GPS software if I have to take out the GPS Bee everytime I want to upload a new version of the sketch?
Seems like kind of a dealbreaker…
