I bought 2 T1000e devices.
One works perfectly. Connects to mesh, charges and the led works.
The other one is completely dead. Doesnt show on mesh. No leds and doesnt show as a drive on windows.
What can be done please?
Hi, did you try to enter the DFU mode? does it work?
It doesnt enter DFU mode. I habe tried on 3 different pcs with no luck. The led isn’t on even when charging.
can you try another cable? the one from your working device
I tried the other cable. It still doesnt work.
How do i get a refund or replacement please?
