About 4 years ago I purchased a SARK110 Antenna Analyzer directly from Seeed Studios. This took place before Steppir took over distribution of the unit in the US. The Analyzer has served me well but it was dropped 2 years ago and the front glass was cracked. I would like to get the unit repaired. I filled out an RMA Form with Steppir but have not received a response from them. Are there any other avenues that I can pursue.
