Startup Time Until Distance Measurement From Sensor

I am looking at two devices for detecting distance which are listed below. My application is battery powered and therefor I want a low power motion sensor to wake up and turn another sensor on to detect motion, then if an object is within a set distance, run a function. What I need help with is determining how quickly each of these sensors can report a distance back to my micro-controller from being power off. Time(speed) until first distance will be really important but I’d like to know how long it will take to get a distance from power up before purchasing.
