LOL, I got a shocking Lighter that works on the same principle…
I’ll go find it and post a picture, I have had to glue the cover it a few times when unsuspecting victims throw it…
from the shock.
I say " hay I found this lighter out there " and every time, almost every time they take it and try to light it… BAM 
or my favorite, Is I walk in the break room put it on the Table and tell them NOT to touch it, I’m trying to fix it " LOL
You know the second I turn my back I hear " OWIE MOFO" and upon hearing the idiot chime … Someone Always steps up… LOL
