My watcher arrived today - qwen enabled and it is in voice mode - only control is vol up/down and standby/listen
how do i get out of this mode ?
Without getting out of this mode, i am not able to use SenseCraft app (which requires a QR code or a Key/EUI)
I am also having issues with the Watcher I just received from the U.S. warehouse. My account is registered to the world server and my phone and Watcher both are connected to the same 2.4 Ghz wifi network. I granted all permissions and then went back and verified they are good. When I try to add the device, it connects to wifi but then gets stuck on binding. Using a Samsung S24 with Android 16. Thanks.
Hello @Citric I received a new sensCAP watcher w1-b, I downloaded the Sense Craft app, and when I am scanning Connect Bluetooth QR on the app, it is showing invalid EUI/Key, even i tried to type manually the EUI and KEY (written in the back of the device), it says check eui error. any idea, how to resolve this issue? (already tried factory reset, after multiple tries, one time it detects but it was keep waiting in bluetooth connecting. (using global server).
