Significant issues with the SenseCAP Watcher

I purchased the Watcher through the official Seeed Studio website, and it currently cannot perform the desired functions.

  1. Device Registration:

After downloading the SenseCraft Mate app on my iPhone 15 Max and attempting to register the device via QR code, I receive a message saying the device has been added. However, the registered device does not appear on the device registration screen (attached photo).

  1. Connection to MacBook:

After connecting the Watcher to my MacBook with the included USB cable, I tried connecting to the serial port on the SenseCraft website, but it couldn’t detect the serial port (although it is visible in the Arduino IDE).

It seems it may not be the right time to purchase… The pre-installed AI models work fine.

SenseCraft Mate app should have the necessary permissions on your iPhone (e.g., Bluetooth, location, etc.). Please recheck these options.
