Sensecraft servers down?

I am getting http 504 error since at least this morning (Brussels time , so like since 14hours ago) when my e1004 is trying to refresh.

Restarts doesnt solve the problem. Also after playing with esphome and flashing back the sensecraft firmware the issue remains.

I also get an empty screen when doing a preview of my different dashboards (which i guess try to hit the same image as the reTerminal).

Any known issues on the servers?

Edit 7 september: I did get some successful updates, but at the moment I am getting 404 errors.
Checking if it has anything to do with the desgins.

Edit bis: the 404 issue seems to be related to the designs. I use a simple design showing an image from my Home Assistant installation. ‘The old design’ failed, I created a new one with the same content and this one works. Looks like they changes some things on their logic to generate the designs (some work, some don’t).

Same here, my E1002 can not connect to the Sensecraft server (Retry for: sensecraft-hmi-api.seeed.cc/render/layout/…), this is due to authorization failure:

{"code":3027,"message":"Device authorization token is invalid"}

This error appears when you open the URL in a browser. So the server responded, but with an authorization failure.

I just received an update on my E1001 looks like it is working again.

The previews are working again. So I guess the service is up again.

I will check my devices soon.

My display is also working now!

At the moment I am seeing http 404 errors.
The refresh has been working, but not stable this morning.

So , the word on the street :man_detective: is they were updating the Server and had some issue’s bringing it back up, went down some minutes later. Be patient it will be back more stable and a tad faster. :v:

“LUKI_SEEED” The issue was fixed earlier today (Beijing time, UTC+8). We’ve also tested it on our side, and both Preview and content delivery are now working normally."
