Hi Everyone!
Does anyone know what are the usable voltages for the T1000-E’s TCXO? Is that some kind of standard module with 1.6-3.3V? I can’t seem to find the model used or any other parameter.
Thanks!
The SenseCAP T1000-E Card Tracker’s documentation does not specify the exact TCXO (Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator) model or its operating voltage.
yep, I know, I’ve searched everywhere, hoped that somebody can help me here
Hi there,
So the schematic is NOT open source AFAIK so , the devices Operating Temp range may give a clue. -20 t0 +60c
is all you get really at this point. What is your goal ?

you might look at the Lora dev board schematic, that may give you the info also. Semitech stuff is very closed. BTW
My goal is to know the exact control voltages I can use for the TCXO.
Something like this (this is from another tcxo’s datasheet):
TCXO_CTRL_1_6V = 0x00
TCXO_CTRL_1_7V = 0x01
TCXO_CTRL_1_8V = 0x02
TCXO_CTRL_2_2V = 0x03
TCXO_CTRL_2_4V = 0x04
TCXO_CTRL_2_7V = 0x05
TCXO_CTRL_3_0V = 0x06
TCXO_CTRL_3_3V = 0x07
I’ve seen 1.6 or 1.8v in most usages for these. The ranges you posted look like what the LR1110 can be programmed with. I suspect anything between 1.6 and about 3.1 would work (I’ve seen another chipset say to use 200mV lower than supply, which is 3.3V for most of these.)
