Hi, it has been truly impossible to find any information and support on the Sensecap soil moisture sensor decoder. The decoders on github do not work for any helium console integration other than datacake- I’ve seen multiple forum posts (including the one I posted) asking for help on this, and all of them have been ignored. I’m starting to get frustrated at the lack of support for this product as I’ve been trying to roll out a sensor solution for a farm. I’ve done all I can to try to figure out the decoder but I’m stuck, as the documentation for decoders and the soil moisture sensor is basically non-existent. Is it possible to call someone from seeed? I’ve also opened up support tickets which have been left unanswered.
