The sensecap M2 has a solid green light with an ethernet cord connection, but it is not visible on The Things Stack. It was visible a few days ago, but after disconnecting the ethernet cord for a few days and then plugging it back in it is not successfully showing up online. Did a factory reset on the Sense Cap M2 but that did not help.
How can the SenseCap M2 show a solid green light but not show up in the The Things Stack online?
