Seeeduino V4.2 not recognised in windows 10

Hey there,

I have a Seeeduino v4.2 that does not get automatically recognized in windows 10. The date on the back is 05/22/2015.

I have tried it on various computers. The lights turn on when plugged in but “Port” on eh arduino IDE stays grayed out. The Seeeduino does not show up under COM under device manager either.

Any thoughts? This was supposed to occupy my sons stay at home summer but has now occupied lots of mine. :slight_smile:

Hi @borhaaa
Please try to replace the USB cable. It may be a problem with the USB cable. If it still does not work, please download the driver again.
Download driver for Seeeduino V4.2.
Try to close the IDE under windows and run with administrator authority to identify the serial port.
