Seeed T1000 Tracker seems to think it is the year 2067

Hello All,
Has anyone else experianced the Seeed T1000 LoRaWAN Tracker reporting that it is the year 2067 or something very wrong like that? I am wondering if there is a fix for this as it is useful to know the actual date/time the data was collected at.
Here is the payload I am recieving: 0900000000B785BD9B078E19580191F7242C

Any Help would be greatly appreciated!!!
