Seeed Bazaar account disabled

Suddenly today my Bazaar account is disabled and won’t let me do the password reset process as the reset email never arrives - anyone else experiencing this or am I just unfortunate?

I wonder if it’s because I complained openly about one of their products :stuck_out_tongue:

But seriously my experience with Seeed has been getting worse and worse over the past few months, which is really saying something since my interactions with this company are already sparse. What’s going on there?

And now Seeed support staff say my account has been deleted… ?!

Anyone else from Seeed reading this please check the following order numbers to prove the existance of my account and explain why it has been deleted please…
