Seeed AVR not listed in Arduino Ide

After placing
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Seeed-Studio/Seeed_Platform/master/package_legacy_seeeduino_boards_index.json

in Arduino Ide Preferences Arduino ide says it has errors downloading it.

Any help is appreciated.
