Save Setting not work and .csv

Hi i have 2 problems

  1. I upgrade the quad with sys 1.41 and app 2.43… Now the dso don’t save the last setting
  2. in the .csv saved file i’m not able to find information on sample frequency

Can some one help me?

  1. I am seeing the same with the save state.
  2. yes you are correct there is no sample frequency on this data moreover the Y axis is just the pixel offset of the trace from the bottom of the screen and not any meaningful information.

I noticed the same problem after upgrading to the latest application FW.

Me too, saving the system state doesn’t work. Help please?

    this problem have been solved by upgrading the app to app245
    the second problem is still in processing.
