Hi everyone, I have recently purchased two RG-15 rain gauges. The specs indicate that the power consumption is 110 μA nominal. (No outputs on, dry not raining)
2-4 mA when raining. When testing this, I find its approx 7ma (dry, not raining), which is approx 63 times that. I’m using the 12v to power. Is there anything I could be missing?
My testing is just on the sensor itself, and does not include the board, boost converter etc.
