ReSpeaker USB Mic Array is not recognized by the system on windows 10

I bought 2 USB Mic arrays to be used as microphones on our windows systems.

We encountered two problems that led to the fact that the Hardware is USELESS for us now.

  1. As we connected them for the first time, all microphones are being recorded at once and the output record is not usable
  2. Once we installed the drivers, the system stopped recognizing the microphone array as a record device and no matter what we have done to remove the driver or reinstall it, it is not recognized at all (not in the record list and not by pyAudio in python)

How can I make this HW usable ?
