ReSpeaker jtag Windows Serial port problem

Last week, I received my 2 ReSpeaker lite devices, which I had been waiting for with great enthusiasm. I was aiming to use one as a voice assistant on Home Assistant and the other as a media player on Home Assistant.
However, even though I followed all the instructions at “Voice Assistant System for Home Assitant | Seeed Studio Wiki”, I cannot flash it with web.esphome. Because my device is not working at all. I tried this process on a desktop and two laptop devices. The result is still the same. If there is someone who has had a similar experience on this issue and found a solution, I would be grateful if they could guide me.
I installed respeaker_lite_i2s_dfu_firmware_v1.0.9.bin as firmware. I installed WinUSB (v6.1.7600.16385) drivers with Zadig.
My operating system is Windows 11 Pro

Hi there,
SO I too am awaiting my order of one unit. I see they come ready and pre configured as a media or sound device out of the box. Did you try that first?
when you connect a Xiao to it does the windows sound “new device found” sound?
smh on " ReSpeaker jtag windows serial port problem. ?
so does it show up in device manager like this:
delete-driver1

So you flashed or tried to flash the reSpeaker USB port not the Xiao?
yes/no.

You are absolutely right. This is exactly what it looks like when I first connect it.
By the way, I cannot add a screenshot or image file to my answers.
There is a way to do this, but what is it?

Hi there,
Yes, I finally received the unit I ordered, I plugged it in a it works as a sound device in Windows 10 I can select it or any of the others I have. I plugged in a set of headphones and the sound is Good However it was at 100% once I dialed it back was AOK. To I continue to test and try some of these other configs.
