Hello,
I am trying to simultaneously record and play audio from the respeaker core v2 device, using portaudio. Portaudio (ALSA) reports the following available sound devices on the board:
0 seeed-8mic-voicecard: - (hw:0,0), ALSA (8 in, 0 out)
1 seeed-8mic-voicecard: - (hw:0,1), ALSA (0 in, 2 out)
2 sysdefault, ALSA (128 in, 0 out)
- 3 default, ALSA (32 in, 32 out)
This indicates that the board is not capable of simultaneous playback and recording, which is required for AEC and similar applications.
Is this a design flaw, or are there additional drivers to be installed?
