I would like to ask you is it possible to configure ReSpeaker via remote desktop. Let’s say I want hear my children when I am upstairs. Thank in advance for your help

Hmmm? I don’t think So 
, I don’t think it acts as a realtime MIC, A>D, and D>A ,Speaker, I may be wrong.
From what I gleen It can record and React to Speech, sound if programmed to use an API.
Sure Remote desktop can give you access to the USB device but not sure what that will get you past the CODE needed to record and save to SD.
perhaps;
You could just use it as USB device and connect the Audio up to the remote PC and Hear it that way It would think? I don’t have one btw ($69) seems an expensive 
digital microphone IMO.
Also I would think a standard baby monitor would be cheaper and easier to achieve the BUG

What does mean A>D and D>A ? If this solution does not work then what can I connect to raspberry pi
which act as microfone? I do not want to sucrifice much time. I would prefer easy method like plug and play

BTW; A>D Analog to Digital and visa-versa.
