Relay Shield Power PIN Not Connected?

On the Relay Shield is a 9 Volt port Screw terminal. (Left of the Power Connector with power connector pointing down).

From what I can tell it is not connected to the VIN 9 Volt Bus.

I have tried Both 9 Volt Jacks (Shield/Arduino) and it appears they don’t go connect to the Screw Terminal. :astonished:

Not a big deal to wire up. I just want to confirm it is not connected.
