Thank you for supporting Seeed. Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that we are unable to ship your Coral order, since we have been informed by the manufacturer that certain countries have shipping restriction on those products. Please kindly check the list as below:
Australia,Canada, Central African Republic, China, Colombia, Cuba, Czech Republic (CZ), France (FR), India, Iran, Israel, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, North Korea, Republic of Ecuador, Republic of Kosovo, Sudan, Syria, Taiwan(China), Macau, Crimea
The good news is that we received a batch of NVIDIA today, and can remove the Coral products from your order and sent the NVIDIA to you in priority. But if you no longer want it, we will cancel your whole order, please let us know which option is better for you. We will submit a refund application to you as soon as possible. But due to the high quantity of Coral products in your order, it may take 7 to 15 working days for credit card bank / Paypal to deal with the issue and then the money will back to your account.
Please notice that we will have 4 days of holiday from 1st - 4 th May 2019(GMT+8) for the international labor day in China, packages after 30th April will be dispatched on 5th April. Your prompt reply would be appreciated.
