I booted my Quark-N without an SD-Card inserted by mistake and now it does not boot at all. (with or without the SD-card)

No blinking LEDs

Nothing on the LCD

No response with a serial connection
I have tried many sd-cards, usb cables etc but no luck. Any help would be appreciated.
