I am having a reComputer J10, we don’t have an adapter, it says that adapter is 5V,2A output. So we used our phone charger instead of the adapter. The device doesn’t start. There’s nothing showing in the display. What do I do?

Yea, That’s not gonna get it. You need a proper power supply around 3 amps.
