I also have a stuck order with no visible progress in payment since 13 (!) days. Support has been unresponsive and judging from the earlier posts this seems to be a recurring theme. This sucks majorly for me since I was expecting the arrival next week, and don’t see a way this is happening now.
Is seeedstudio legit, or do they sometimes also just not send out orders? Has anyone had to use legal means to resolve their problem?

If your a tariff location, it may be held by courier or DHL in some cases. also they will email you as well.
The order number is 7000021925. I cannot believe having to post this on a public forum in the hopes of someone finally taking a look after two weeks of inaction and stalling. The order in their system has now been canceled due to missing payment, which is of course sitting in the bank account given by the order instructions. Or perhaps it landed in the spam folder?
