I placed my order on 7/28, it’s now 8/9 and it’s still stuck on Processing.

I placed my order on 09/20 and another order on 09/26 its now 10/01 and they’re both still processing

Hi very disapointed with communication of customer service ,i have ordered re computor ,the order has stucked in China,there is no feed backs to my e mails already several days.so i do not know weather it will be shipped or not and when ,and can not request a 1 k order refund even to purchase from different store order number #4000430743,DHL Tracking number ,1147928423.
Dear Seed teem ,the time of your customers is also important ,when we order something we consider proper delivery and when issues happening you need to replay to the emails of your customers so they can plan they work too.
