Order has been stuck for 12days ???

Hi.
I have sent a question mail trough the website (3 days ago) and still haven’t got any response.

I put my order for a few PCB 12 days ago.
Order Number: 101744
Order Placed On: 12/06/2013

and right after the order changed to PCB Processing (PCB File is now under processing.)

and it is still in the same order state today 12/18/2013.

so could anyone check what happening with my PCB order.

I have order many times with no problem, this is the first, that is okay.
But the no respons is not okay

Hi!

We have a problem with order number 102830 (Fusion PCB). It was placed on dec, 17, but it’s status is still “In production”. Almost 3 weeks! Why it’s so long?
I wrote to customer service two times with absolutely no effect!
What happening with our PCB order?
Please, help! We can’t wait any more because if there any problems, we need a time to place an order elsewhere before the Chinese Spring Festival.

Hi,
I placed an order on 9/1 paid with paypal.

Order nr:104956

On 16/1 is finally debited from my bank account.

PayPal then told me that on 23/1 would process the payment to seed studio

but now ist canceled, and my money is finally proccesced

exactly, with my order from 9-1-14 to 23-1-14 shows status’’ pending’’ then suddenly becomes canceled on 24-1-14?

not 30days, but what the hell>?> is wrong @ seeedstudio service center?
