I purchased 30 of the ODYSSEY - X864105 units in 2021 and have had
multiple failures in that time.
- 6 fan failures (with the heat sink breaking off the PCB)
- 4 complete PC failures
- 3 fatal operating system failures
The most annoying issue is the constant fan noise heard. It makes the units completely unuseable. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve the issue short of replacing the entire set of PC’s?
