No response when reset(XIAO SAMD21)

After connecting to the pc, XIAO did not execute the program, so I tried to reset.
I reset twice fast and still no response, the orange LED is always off, only the power LED is always on, and the computer cannot obtain the corresponding port

com1 and com2 is virtual Serial port.if connect successfully the XIAO is com4, but there is nothing

Maybe the bootloader is corrupted,I am trying to rewrite it
