I’ve found 4 Rainbowduinos in my drawer while cleaning the other day. I thought that it was about time that I do something interesting with them. So I wrote a new firmware in Rust.
It’s currently able to display frames sent over I2C with the rainbowduinos chained in any arrangement (1x4, 2x2 for the ones I’ve tested) at the rate of 70 fps.

I intend to do more stuff with it now that the firmware is working as I like. First create a proper frame and tidy up the wiring.
