Need to Write my own Interfaces to Latching Relay, Loudness Sensor, 4-Channell SPDT Relay, 6 Position Dip Switch, Sliding Potentiometer

I just purchased all these devices. I’m not using Arduino and want to know where I can find the interface to program the boards directly over i2c. When I go to your site I don’t see the i2c command interface for these boards.
