Can I use Micro SDCard slot to plug any SDCard memory and develop the software to read data on SDCard?

Have anyone know about this, After flash OS to eMMC then I would like to use SDCard slot to plug any SDCard then develop software to read binary data on SDCard.

When you put an SDCard in, then go to the System / Disk Man panel to “RESCAN DISKS” ? I did not see my card when inserted, but do see USB drives when inserted. I presume it is supported, but perhaps a driver or configuration is required – I don’t know what that is.
