I know it’s 2023, and the documentation for the 4-Mic array was last updated in 2021.
I’ve tested basic functions like getting the device index and recording audio. They’re working properly.
However, I can no longer get my task menu back.
I’ve tried several ways to restore the task menu, such as using lxpanel and adding dtparam=audio=on to /boot/config.txt. Unfortunately, none of these solutions have worked for me.
It’s so inconvenient to work with the Pi without a menu bar, especially since I’m just getting started on Raspberry Pi projects.
My system is running Raspberry Pi OS (Legacy, 64-bit) Full, a port of Debian Bullseye with security updates, desktop environment, and applications, as of 2023-05-03.
Has anyone else encountered this issue and successfully resolved it? Any help would be appreciated!
