Ive got a Maixduino and a project I would like to do with it. Simply put I want to take a picture, do a bit of image manipulation and add overlays menu. etc and then send to WiFi, not LCD screen. There doesnt seem to be support for Camera, LCD or SPI in Arduino, so OK I can use Python, but then cant send to ESP32 (whatever language) as there doesnt seem to be a library for ANY interface calls in Maixpy for Serial or SPI.
So my idea is to connect the K210 LCD output directly to the ESP32 as if it was a camera, or alternatively re route LCD output via SPI so that all image handling is done in the K210. Is this doable and can anyone do?
For such a potentially brilliant product there doesnt seem to be a lot of activity here. Doesnt it deserve its own section in the Forum at least?
