In all of these low power examples, I see the flash commands and functions - what do they do and how do they relate to low power? I’m assuming they turn something off, but it is unclear.

Ok the code issues a deep power down command to the flash storage I gather. But what if I want flash storage? And the IMU for that matter? Is it impossible to achieve these low power rates if you want to use those things?
